Do you understand compliance for injectables, GLP-1s, and hormones?
Yes. Our ad creative, intake language, and landing pages are written to the medical boards and platform policies for each service line. We've worked with practices on semaglutide, testosterone, and regenerative therapies without ad account strikes.
Will you lock us into a long contract?
First engagement is a 90-day build. After that, month-to-month. If the engine isn't moving the four lines we promised (booked, shown, started, retained), you walk, no penalty.
How many new practices do you take on?
A handful each quarter. We keep the book tight so the ops team stays close to every revenue line, not managing from a dashboard. If the roster is full when you apply, we'll say so on the fit call and give you a realistic timeline to hear back, not a slow no.
What do you actually charge?
Engagements range $8k–$25k/mo depending on service lines, locations, and whether you need the CRM and conversion system rebuilt. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms. We'll quote precisely on a fit call.
